Customer Service Rep - Blisster in ALLAMBIE HEIGHTS, New South Wales

Blisster (formerly CostumeBox Recital) has just gone through a re-brand and will be launching a brand new website in a couple of weeks time. Due to the growth of the team, we are on the hunt for a customer service extraordinaire to join the team.
Your main responsibilities will include:
• Answering incoming calls and effectively dealing with customer enquiries concerning our dance wear products
• Handling customer enquiries regarding website navigation issues, sizing queries, stock availability etc
• Providing prompt customer support to queries received via our website/email
• Suggesting add-ons and complementary items to enhance the costume purchase where appropriate
• Taking ownership of any problems/complaints and ensuring they are resolved every time
• Processing and reporting on customer returns as required
Previous experience in a customer-oriented role/environment may be useful but it is definitely not essential! To be successful in this role you must however have a strong desire to provide the best customer experience possible and be comfortable working in a busy and fast-paced environment.
You will also need:
• A courteous, professional and friendly phone manner
• A background or knowledge of the dance or theatrical industry
• Solid computer skills with intermediate MS Excel knowledge
• The ability to pick up computer systems quickly
• A high level of attention to detail
This is a temporary position with a view to permanency for the right candidate. Salary for the permanent position will be between $37-38K dependent on experience.
The role is Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week starting between 8.30am and 9.30am every day.
